Next Level Performance Hightlights a Year of Community Impact

Next Level Performance, New Brunswick, NY, is highlighting a year of community impact through its 2025 charitable engagements, reinforcing the company’s CARES Value of Service to Our Community ethos. The company says its efforts were recently recognized with a NJBiz “Business of the Year” finalist honor in the Corporate Citizen category, reflecting its continued leadership in corporate philanthropy.

A cornerstone of the company’s outreach is its annual HOPE Week, which unites employees at the New Brunswick headquarters for a coordinated week of volunteerism and giving. In 2025, the theme “Close to Home” focused on supporting local children and families through partnerships with Rutgers Food Pantry, Ronald McDonald House, Children’s Specialized Hospital, and New Brunswick Public Schools. Employees participated in team challenges that unlocked company-sponsored donations, while also assembling stuffed animals for pediatric patients. Representatives from Children’s Specialized Hospital visited during the week to share how contributions directly benefit children and their families.

Beyond HOPE Week, Next Level Performance maintains support for a wide range of charitable organizations nationwide. The company also empowers individual giving by providing every team member with $100 annually to donate to a charity of their choice. Organizations supported in 2025 included Covenant House, Feeding America, Elijah’s Promise, Community FoodBank of New Jersey, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Barnabas Children’s Hospital, Meals on Wheels, American Cancer Society, Wreaths Across America, Give Kids the World, and numerous other community-based groups.

HOPE Week 2025 centered on local families and children in New Brunswick. Employees contributed through volunteer activities and donation-driven team challenges. The company support extended nationwide through nonprofit partnerships. All employees received annual funds to donate to a charity of their choosing.

“As we approach our 50th anniversary in 2026, we are especially excited to celebrate this milestone year through continued contributions and ongoing community support,” says President Dave Dittman.
